Cristiano: 'I'd like my eldest son to be a footballer'

Cristiano Ronaldo says he doesn't like to see his children eating junk food despite this bad habit, his eldest son might become a great player one day, he suggests.

However, the most important thing is to be the best in whatever he does, the Portuguese adds.

"I won't pressure him [Cristiano Jr] to become a footballer, but I would like it," Cristiano Ronaldo has told the media.

"Let's see if he'll be a great player. Sometimes he drinks soda and eats crisps, he knows I don't approve of it. I tell him to rest in cold water but he doesn't like it, he's 10 years old. My little kids too. When they eat chocolate, they're worried about how I react.

"The most important thing is to become the best in his field, whether it is football or medicine or any other job," the Portuguese added.

What if Cristiano Jr becomes even greater than his father? The 35-year-old bagged 450 goals in just 438 appearances for Real Madrid, and it would be epic to see his son follow in his footsteps one day.
