Koeman speaks on possible January loan exits for Barcelona youngster.

Koeman doesn't exclude that those who've been getting little playing time this term could leave on loan.

However, the coach says that it is going to be the player's personal decision whether to leave or not.

Besides, the moves would have to be agreed with the new president.

During the press conference ahead of the Eibar match, Ronald Koeman was asked about the possibility of winter departures and arrivals at Barcelona.

"[Sporting director] Planes and I are talking about things about the team that we can improve, players who don't have many minutes. Decisions must be made when a new president arrives," the coach said.

"If it's convenient for a young player to play half a year somewhere else [on loan], we will recommend it, but in the end, it's the players' decision."

There have been rumours about Carles Alena and Riqui Puig possibly leaving on loan in January. The two La Masia midfielders have barely played this term, with Alena getting 170 minutes across 5 matches, while Puig has recorded only 77 minutes across 4 matches.
