'Not many teams are better than us': Confident Havertz believes Chelsea are on right path to success
Kai Havertz was asked by BT Sport just how good the current Chelsea squad is and whether there are better teams across Europe: "I think not many.
"We have a lot of good players in our team but I think we all know that we have to improve a lot because we have new players, we have young players and the connection is getting better off the pitch and on the pitch.
"I think you see on the pitch today and on the weekend that it is getting better. We have a lot of good players."
The Blues have not lost a single game in normal time since our defeat to Liverpool almost 3 months ago. We have qualified for the next stage of the Champions League and sit 3rd in the Premier League table after a string of impressive performances.
Havertz's confidence speaks volumes as the star really believes that this team can go deep in this season's CL as well as contend for the Premier League title - hopefully, that is exactly what Lampard's men will do!
