Barcelona star Leo Messi lead the list of world's top-20 best playmakers of the decade

Lionel Messi has been named the best playmaker of the decade by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS).

Former Barcelona players Andres Iniesta, Neymar, Yaya Toure, Xavi and Thiago Alcantara have also made it to the top-20.

Also, Luka Modric has been named the third-best playmaker of the decade by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS). Toni Kroos, Eden Hazard and Isco, meanwhile, finished 5th, 6th and 20th in the rankings respectively.

Former Real Madrid players Mesut Ozil, Cristiano Ronaldo and James Rodriguez have also made the top-20 in 8th, 12th and 14th.
