Dubai-Based Side Al Nasr Drop £10m For Everton Winger

Al Nasr For everton Bernard

Al Nasr are weighing up a £10million move for Everton winger Bernard, according to Sky Sports.

And the Dubai-based side are believed to be keen on a permanent deal this month for the Brazilian international, who has 18 months left on his deal at Goodison Park.

The report claim that The Toffees are yet to receive an offer for Bernard, who joined Everton three years ago.

The 28-year-old has found himself on the fringes under Carlo Ancelotti this season, making only 10 appearances with the Goodison Park side challenging for a return to the Champions League.

Ancelotti poured cold water on reports earlier this month that his side were seeking a swap deal with Roma that would see goalkeeper Robin Olsen make his loan move permanent and Bernard go in the other direction.

He said: ‘To be honest with you we are not talking with Roma about Bernard.

‘Bernard is our player, also Olsen is our player, it’s a totally different situation. With Olsen we’d like to keep him for the future, we are going to talk to Roma.

‘But there’s been no discussion with Roma for Bernard. He is our player and will be our player.’
