'I still think I can offer more': De Jong happy with his recent performance

De Jong says that he has more options to score now that he plays in a more advanced position.

Frenkie is happy with his goal contributions, although he claims he doesn't play just to improve his numbers.

"I'm playing higher now, and I have more options to score. I believe that I can still offer more," Frenkie de Jong said after the Elche match.

"You don't play to only score and assist goals, but I'm very happy with the goal and the assist. We are growing little by little and I hope we continue like this."

De Jong opened the score for Barcelona in the clash against Elche and then went on to assist Riqui Puig's header late in the second half. The Dutchman has now recorded four goals and four assists for Barca in 26 matches this term.
