Koeman advises some Barca fringe stars to leave on Loan

The coach says that it would be best for some Barca players to leave to have more minutes.

Koeman hasn't given any names but he could have possibly meant Riqui Puig who has made just 5 appearances this season.

"There are some players whose best decision would be to look for a way out and have more minutes. A young player can't go a year without playing," Ronald Koeman stated in the press conference, as quoted by Mundo Deportivo.

Matheus Fernandes and Junior Firpo are other players linked with potential January exits. Matheus has featured for just 17 minutes this term while Firpo has accumulated 336 minutes in 8 games.

Meanwhile, Carles Alena has already left Barca after featuring just 5 times. He joined Getafe on loan until the end of the season.
