Koeman confirm not counting on Todibo despite being a Barca player

Barca players should be prepared for all things, Ronald Koeman warns.

Although Jean-Clair Todibo is a Barca player, it's unlikely that he'll play for Barca in the near future, Koeman adds.

"He [Jean-Clair Todibo] is a Barca player, but I'm not going to count on him," Ronald Koeman has told the media.

"A Barca player always has to be prepared for all things. Umtiti has been out for a long time due to injury, but he has recovered well and we are counting on him. Mingueza has also played many games. We'll see what will happen," the Dutchman added.

Jean-Clair Todibo is reportedly very close to joining OGC Nice on loan. The Frenchman's loan spell with Benfica hasn't turned out to be successful as the centre-back was struggling with injuries between September and November.
