Man City Manager Guardiola Gets £200m For Summer Transfers

Guardiola £200m Summer Transfers

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola will receive a £200million to spend in the summer transfer as part of an extravagant rebuild at the Etihad.

And two targets allegedly at the top of the Citizens’ wishlist are former Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku and Red Devils target Erling Haaland.

With Sergio Aguero yet to agree new terms at the Etihad, the club is looking at long-term successors up front.

According to The Telegraph, Borussia Dortmund striker Haaland is the first choice.

The Norwegian is widely regarded as one of the best young forwards on the planet, having impressed at Salzburg and then improving in Germany.

Lukaku is the other name reportedly on City’s wishlist.

The Belgium international was signed by Jose Mourinho at Manchester United before Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took the reins and sold him to Inter Milan.

Lukaku has improved immeasurably in Italy and City are said to be keeping close tabs on him ahead of the summer transfer window.

One other striker City are monitoring is Benfica youngster Darwin Nunez.
