Man Utd Can’t Win The Title Without Pogba – Neville

Gary Neville likes Pogba

Manchester United Legend Gary Neville made it clear why Manchester United can’t win the English Premier League without Paul Pogba.

The Red Devil stay three points away from Liverpool after they drew 0-0 at Anfield on Sunday.

However, their advantage has been reduced to two points. due to Leicester’s 2-0 victory over Southampton and Manchester City’s emphatic 4-0 win against Crystal Palace.

With the pack hunting him to the flank, Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said he was disappointed not to come away from Liverpool with three points after the match.

Neville feels it’s just a matter of time Until United is out of the picture in top spot – unless Pogba can produce match-winning moments of magic in the second half of the season.

“I think Manchester United ’s chances of winning this league are slim – Liverpool and Man City are still the best two teams in this league,” the former United defender told his Sky Sports podcast .

“But the slim chance they have to win this league will depend on something like Paul Pogba delivering a cameo of two or three months of brilliance, which he is capable of.

“He’s got confidence, he’s got arrogance – good arrogance, in a sense that he believes in himself.

“He thinks he should be playing in the biggest games in the world, and winning titles, and thinking positive thoughts, thinking you’re the best is a big thing when you’re looking to win.

“Just in that last 20 minutes, I felt United just had that little bit of missing belief. It’s not a long way away, but that’s the bit that will stop them winning the title.” He said.
