Mohamed Salah provides oxygen tanks to coronavirus patients in his hometown hospital

Mo Salah has provided a hospital in his hometown with oxygen tanks.

Salah has provided this help through Nagrig Charity Association - which he founded in 2017.

NCA director Hassan Bakr told a Cairo radio station: "Salah and his family have donated oxygen cylinders to the Basyoun Central Hospital to help coronavirus patients in Nagrig.

"He often intervenes in problems back in Egypt by donating," Bakr said.

Mo has also provided funds for their residents to have an ambulance station, a girls' school, facilities for sport as well as a sewage treatment plant.

The NCA regularly helps around 500 people, including widows, orphans, the sick, and the elderly.

The Egyptian has been in great form this season, scoring 16 goals in 23 appearances.
