Odegaard confirms Dani Ceballos' role in his loan move to Arsenal

Martin Odegaard has joined Arsenal on loan and the orwegianrevealse that Dani Ceballos actually convinced him to sign for the Gunners.

Ceballos was also happy to know that his Madrid teammate was coming to London, Martin adds.

"Ceballos texted me the other day and he had only good things to say about the club [Arsenal], the manager [Mikel Arteta] and everything," Martin Odegaard has told Arsenal's official website.

"That was also important for me and he [Ceballos] was happy for me to come here, so that was a good thing for me, to know someone here and hear from inside the club as well," the Norwegian added.

Martin Odegaard and Dani Ceballos haven't spent a single minute on the pitch together, yet the latter managed to help the Norwegian ahead of the Arsenal move. This is what teamwork like.

By the way, Ceballos has already made 24 appearances for the Gunners this season, managing one assist.
