Ronald Araujo: 'I see myself at Barca in the next 10 year'

Araujo has featured for the Catalans in 23 appearances since joining the club in 2018.

The 21-year-old would be 'very happy' to spend the next decade at Camp Nou.

"I see myself in this team in the next 10 years," Ronald Araujo said in an interview with Mundo Deportivo.

"I work to be able to be here for many years. If you give me the possibility of being here for ten years, I would be very happy."

Barcelona shelled out €4.7m for the Uruguayan's move from Boston River in August 2018.

It took the centre-back more than a year with B side to make his senior debut for the Catalans in October 2019. Araujo is on 23 appearances for the Blaugrana across all competitions since then.

Ronald has quickly become Barca's lucky charm as the Catalans are yet to lose a single La Liga game with the 21-year-old on the pitch.
