Sporting Lisbon fan issues plea to Man United as Pedro Goncalves transfer links emerge

Sporting Lisbon fan ZequinhaNaSelecao shared a report by Portuguese news outlet A Bola and wrote on Reddit: "Guys, seriously, no. Just no. Please let us be. You already have Bruno [Fernandes]."

A Bola reports that Manchester United are interested in signing Pedro Goncalves, a 22-year-old central midfielder for Sporting. He's scored 11 goals and provided an assist in 11 games in the Primeira Liga this season.

Now, we don't know how reliable the report is but Goncalves sounds like an exciting player. We understand the Sporting fan's sentiment - must not feel good to lose a player like our Portuguese magnifico.
