'Thanks Riqui, I owe you dinner': Griezmann's message to Puig as youngster scores winning penalty

After scoring the winning penalty in the Real Sociedad clash, Riqui Puig was speaking to Barcelona's official media. Antoine Griezmann video bombed the interview to thank the youngster.

"Thanks, Riqui, I owe you dinner," the Frenchman said.

The reason for Griezmann's gratitude is rather simple. Antoine had the chance to win the penalty shoot-out for Barcelona but his shot went wide. Then, La Real made it 2-2, and our chances to go through decreased significantly.

However, Puig then stepped up and scored the last penalty to send us to the final. It's fair to say that the 21-year-old saved Griezmann from embarrassment.
