Barcelona youngster Puig: 'It gives me life to play full 90 mins, I thank Koeman'

Puig says that playing alongside Busquets in midfield made things for him and for Ilaix easier.

Riqui claims that the team is feeling very good before PSG, and he's sure the Catalans will play a good game.

"It gives me life getting to play for the entire 90 minutes, and a lot of confidence as well. I am delighted and I thank Ronald Koeman," Riqui Puig said after the 5-1 win over Alaves.

"We had control of the ball. Sergio Busquets, who is a veteran, gave me and Ilaix Moriba a lot of peace of mind [on the pitch]. We feel very good before the PSG clash. We will play a very good game."

Against Alaves, it was the first time that Puig played full 90 minutes for Barcelona this term. In total, the 21-year-old has made 15 appearances this term, scoring a goal.
