Koeman annoyed at number of Barca's away games in 2020/21

Ronald Koeman reminds that Barca have had 11 away games since the beginning of 2021 and the Dutchman wants UEFA and FIFA to reduce the number of games.

"We have played 12 games since the beginning of the year and 11 have been away from home. We have to help the players. 

I hope FIFA and UEFA think about the players and reduce the number of games. This schedule kills the players," Ronald Koeman has told the media ahead of the Real Betis game.

Indeed, Barca's schedule has been very hectic this year but it's fair to say that many big clubs struggle the same way. The only difference between the situations is that the Catalans were unlucky to have so many away games over a short period of time.
