We now have the cold blood to win matches like these: Barcelona defender Mingueza

Mingueza says that the team's character and desire to win was crucial in the win.

He claims that increasing the rhythm of their play and pressing more intensively helped turn the score around.

"We played against a difficult opponent but we have improved our attitude, our character, our desire to win. It is something that gives us a lot of life," Oscar Mingueza said after the Real Betis win.

"At first they were a lot crisper, but then we increased the rhythm on the ball and we knew how to press to turn the score around. With the experience of this season, we have improved to have this cold blood and to be able to win."

Thanks to the Betis win, Barcelona currently sit in the second spot in La Liga with 43 points, tied with Real Madrid. Atletico Madrid are league leaders with 50 points and two matches in hand.
