Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan officially withdrew from Super League

Of late there has been a lot of drama surrounding the introduction of the European Super League with 99% of the world not in support of the league.

Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan have officially confirmed their withdrawal from the European Super League on Wednesday.

As all six Premier League founding clubs left the proposed tournament on Tuesday, Barcelona, Real Madrid, AC Milan and Juventus are the only clubs that remain among the ESL founders.

As of late Juventus President reveals that the League has been suspended.

"To be frank and honest, no, evidently that is not the case," the European Super League vice-president and Juventus chairman Andrea Agnelli have just told Reuters when asked if the proposed competition can go ahead after the withdrawal of its six English founding clubs on Tuesday.
