Haaland set to make more money than Messi at Barca
Erling Haaland's wage demands at Barca would range between €35m and €50m per year, according to sources like Goal and Mundo Deportivo.
Meanwhile, Leo Messi could be offered a new Barca deal with a salary of about €30m – the club could force the Argentine to take a pay cut of over 50 per cent.
If Leo stays and Barca manage to land Haaland, it's quite possible that the Norwegian striker will be the club's highest-paid player.
What makes the whole story even more special is that Antoine Griezmann's annual Barca wage is about €45m. If the Frenchman doesn't take any pay cuts (which is quite hard to imagine, though), he'll make more money at Barca than both Erling Haaland and Leo Messi.
