Laporta: Barca won't enter Super League without approval of club members

Barcelona won't enter the European Super League unless he has the approval of the assembly of club members, TV3's reliable Xavi Torres reports. 

The president reportedly included this clause in the foundational document of the ESL.

Meanwhile, the socis, the Barca club members, seem to be against the idea of the club entering the newly-formed competition. 

One association of club members has recently released a statement condemning Barca's decision and calling for a referendum to be held before a definitive decision is made.
