Man Utd, Liverpool and Tottenham interested in Torino star Andrea Belotti

Three of the Premier League's Big Six have joined the race to sign Torino striker Andrea Belotti this summer as he weighs up whether to extend his contract.

Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham are all interested in landing the 27-year-old forward, who has 12 goals and seven assists in all competitions this season.

Italian newspaper Tuttosport claim that the English trio is among many clubs keen on Belotti as he approaches the final year of his deal in Turin.

French outfit Lyon is also considered a move for the Italy star, while Serie A sides AC Milan, Inter Milan, Roma, Fiorentina, and Napoli are closely monitoring his situation.

Tuttosport says that the Rossoneri as the 'main candidates' to land Belotti, suggesting he may prefer to stay in his home country rather than move to England.

United are in the market for a new No 9 this summer with Edinson Cavani's future at Old Trafford uncertain, while Jurgen Klopp could look to freshen up Liverpool's front-line after a disappointing campaign.

Spurs, meanwhile, could find themselves having to replace star man Harry Kane or his deputy Carlos Vinicius, who is only on loan from Benfica.

Belotti is Torino's captain and has become a hero at the club since joining Palmero back in 2015, scoring 104 goals in 222 appearances.

A recent resurgence in the club's form has improved hopes that he will sign a new contract to keep him in Turin beyond the end of next season.

However, a large number of clubs are ready to swoop if he indicates that he is ready to leave on a free transfer next summer.

Earlier this month, Chelsea, Everton and Atletico Madrid were also linked with Belotti, who could yet play for Italy at Euro 2020.
