Ancelotti: Real Madrid has serious offensive quality but lack defensive organization

"We need to not complicate games, the reaction was good but we have to start better," Carlo Ancelotti told the media after the comeback win against Celta.

"More balance is required. We're not sacrificing enough in defense, it's not a question of quality. There's no concentration.

"Benzema, Vinicius and Hazard combined very well in attack tonight. Some players like Casemiro and Valverde were very tired but with their experience they make up for that lack of energy.

"We have serious offensive quality as shown by Karim, Luka, Hazard and Vini - Miguel also with the great ball. What we lack is defensive organization.

"We missed Alaba tonight, Mendy too. We absolutely must improve in defense, we must help each other more at the back. Fixing our game without the ball will help avoid problems in the next games."
