Braithwaite Rumoured to be out for 3-4 months with knee injury

According to journalist Gerard Romero, Martin Braithwaite is likely to be sidelined for three or four months with knee injury.

The forward damaged his knee in a home game against Getafe before the international break.

It was expected he would take a couple of weeks to recover, but the injury appears to be more serious than previously expected.

The Denmark international trained with Barca today but had to leave it early after feeling 'a lot of pain' in his knee. He is currently being assessed by the medical team and it's feared the injury could keep his out for 3 or 4 months.

With Sergio Aguero and Ansu Fati still unavailable, Luuk de Jong is expected to start up front against Bayern Munich on Tuesday.
