'We must appreciate the team': Koeman on Granada draw

"It was a bad start complicated the game for us against a rival that wasted time from minute 2," Ronald Koeman said to the press after the Granada game.

"However, we must commend the team's attitude after going a goal down.

"We must appreciate the team for their personality and determination until the very end.

"Granada closed off all spaces and made it tight for us. We tried to overcome that with crosses.

"From minute 2 they have wasted time with throw-ins, with injuries... And they have only given us four minutes. We lose so much time for things like this.

"People are unhappy with the result but I don't think they will leave unhappy with the fighting of the team," Koeman said.

Barcelona scored a last gasp goal from Ronald Araujo to secure a 1-1 draw after going behind in the 1st minute.

The draw leaves Barcelona 7th on the Liga standings, 5 points behind leaders Real Madrid.
