Xavi Simons sent home from Holland camp over breaking camp rules

PSG highly-rated midfielder Xavi Simons was among the five players sent home from Holland under-19 camp for breaking the team's disciplinary and COVID protocol.

Simons and his mates were expelled from the camp after two of the group invited a girl to their hotel rooms.

The 18-year-old was not directly involved in getting the girl into the room. Actually, according to De Telegraaf, Simons only went to the controversial room to find out what was happening after hearing loud music. It's said he returned to his room immediately.

However, Xavi was spotted leaving the room by a member of the national team staff was sent home.

The other four players involved include Ar'jany Martha, Naci Unuvar, Rio Hillen and Feyenoord's Mimeirhel Benita.
