Man City defender Benjamin Mendy has had his bail plea refused for the third time after being arrested in August.
The Frenchman was put into police custody in August after being arrested for accusations of raping two woman and sexually assaulting another.
After seeing his bail plea denied, Mendy will continue to remain at the HMP Altcourse in Liverpool.
The 27-year-old’s will undergo trial for his accusations and the date for that has been set for January 24, 2022.
The trial will go on for 2-3 weeks and it remains unclear whether or not Mendy will get bail before that.
