Marina has been a director at Chelsea since 2013 and is mainly responsible for player contracts and transfers.
She has been honoured in the ‘Best European Manager’ (similar to director) for the 2020-21 season.
She has overseen some of the largest transfers in Chelsea history and was successful in bringing in the likes of Thiago Silva, Kai Havertz and Timo Werner last summer.
