Jose Mourinho lash out at a reporter in a press conference ahead of Venezia game

Roma manager Jose Mourinho lashed out at a reporter in a press conference ahead of his team's away trip to Serie A rivals Venezia on Sunday.

The Portuguese coach's team have been struggling lately, winning just two of their last five league games to slip 12 points behind leaders Napoli and AC Milan.

Journalist Marco Juric asked Mourinho: "It's been six months since you signed for Roma, would you change anything that you've done in terms of choices, statements, requests or anything that you've done?"

Juric is a well-respected reporter in Italy and has worked for Sky Sports, Gianluca Di Marzio's website and Radio Sport.

Mourinho replied: "You are here in practically every press conference, but either you are very intelligent and you want people to think you are not or you are not intelligent at all.

"I want to think you're intelligent but you like to do what you do."

Mourinho then stormed out of the press conference to end another bizarre incident for the former Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham manager.

His poor outburst comes just days after he ranted at former Premier League striker and journalist Jan Age Fjortoft following Roma's 2-2 draw Bodo/Glimt.

Mourinho's team were denied two penalties and needed a late Roger Ibanez goal to keep their Europa Conference League hopes alive.
