Chelsea actively pursued Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde during the summer tramsfer window.
The saga had a disappointing ending for both parties and Kounde has initially spoken about being affected by it.
When asked about it this week though, the young defender told TFI: “Did it affect me? Yes, a little bit, but now I’ve dealt with it.”
Kounde has no choice but to get back to his best and focus on the rest of the season and he might just find himself at Chelsea sooner rather than later.
