Man United fans attacked by Atlanta supporters in Bergamo pub
A pub full of Man United fans in Bergamo, Italy was assaulted by Atalanta supporters before their big Champions League game on Tuesday.
The traveling Red Devils were enjoying themselves at a pub when suddenly a group of people - with their faces covered - gathered outside the box.
They ended up breaking a number of window glasses and threatened to attack the fans inside the pub.
In the end, one United supporter was injured along with a waitress – but the Atalanta fans escaped before authorities could arrive at the scene.
This could be a form of revenge after the Atalanta team was reportedly troubled the night before their last game against United because of fire alarms going off in their hotel.
