Manchester United has been reported to be Interested in RB Leipzig player Amadou Haidara as Souts are sent to watch him.
The Daily Mail says United are expected to check on Haidara over the next two games ahead of a potential January move.
The 23-year old is highly regarded by new United interim manager Ralf Rangnick who signed the Mali international from Red Bull Salzburg in 2018.
United have been looking at new midfielders and scouts are understood to be going to watch Haidara against Union Berlin on Friday and against Manchester City in the Champions League next week.
Haidara made his 100th appearance for Leipzig at the weekend but has spoken openly about his dream of playing for a club like Manchester United.
