Joshua Kimmich has tested positive for Covid-19 and is currently self-isolating, Bayern Munich officially confirmed on Wednesday.
The German is one of the five Bayern players (along with Serge Gnabry, Jamal Musiala, Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting and Michael Cuisance) who have refused to get the vaccine.
Kimmich is now expected to miss the Bundesliga clash against Borussia Dortmund and the visit of Barcelona in the Champions League.
Bayern, meanwhile, are reportedly planning to deduct pay from the unvaccinated members of the squad while they remain in quarantine.
