Spurs boss Antonio Conte has special sex tips for his players

The Antonio Conte era at Tottenham is underway with the Italian replacing Nuno Espirito Santo at the New White Hart Lane.

The 52-year-old specialist is known for controlling every single aspect of his players' lives — including even what goes on in their bedrooms.

The former Chelsea and Inter Milan manager wants to limit the physical toll on his squad, advising the players to 'make as little effort as possible' when having sex.

Speaking to L'Equipe, Conte said: "During spells of matches the players should not have sexual relations that last for long periods. They need to make as little effort as possible. The best position for them is if their partners go on top."
