Steve Bruce ‘keen on’ taking Man United interim manager role

Steve Bruce has showcased interest in becoming the Man United interim manager until the end of the season, claims The Athletic.

The 60-year-old was fired by Newcastle United last month after their Saudi-Arabia takeover.

But Bruce is ready to come back to management and is keen on the available job at Old Trafford.

The former United captain is convinced he can stabilize the dressing room morale, which is at a low after the 1-4 loss to Watford.

Despite Bruce’s interest, the Red Devils have not shown any desire so far to appoint him as their interim manager.
