Tottenham in contact with Conte after Nuno dismissal

According to Daily Mail , Tottenham have turned their attention to Conte with a fresh approach to take over as manager on Sunday night, hours before sacking Nuno .

Spurs failed to persuade the former Chelsea boss to take the role last summer but now, with Nuno axed after just four months, they have gone back for the Italian.

There is growing optimism at Tottenham that this time they will strike a deal. Talks between both parties are moving quickly in what would be an eye-catching appointment by the London club.

Conte has been out of work since departing Inter Milan at the end of last season, leaving the San Siro after winning Serie A with the Italian giants for the first time since 2010.
