In the press conference ahead of the Espanyol clash, Xavi was asked what were his plans regarding Philippe Coutinho were and whether he believes the Brazilian needed a morale boost.
"Philippe is a player who can play in various positions, he has to regain confidence, we have spoken with him, he can be very important and he must find himself again," Xavi has said, as quoted by Diario Sport.
"He has an innate talent, capable of dribbling, shooting, scoring goals. He will have opportunities, I personally like him. It depends on him for the psychological and emotional issues, but his talent is undeniable. If all goes well, he will have minutes."
