Mino Raiola has told Barcelona that Matthijs de Ligt's price is 'much lower' than his release clause of €120m, as per Diario Sport.
The main obstacle is the Dutchman's salary. The centre-back reportedly makes around €12.5m per year at Juventus. At Barca, he would be the team's 6th-highest earner with this wage.
Besides, Chelsea and some other big clubs are also said to be interested in the 22-year-old.
Earlier, it was said that Barca could go for De Ligt already in January if they offloaded both Philippe Coutinho and Samuel Umtiti.
