Off contract in June, Dembele has resisted talks attempted by Barca about a new deal amid contact with Newcastle and Manchester United.
However, Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, when speaking on El Chiringuito, has declared Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has an agreement in place with Dembele.
"At Barça they have tried to renew him but he has said nothing for a long time and they take for granted that he is leaving.
"Tuchel, who coached Dembélé at Borussia, has practically settled it with him for next season."
