Speaking about the Monday's Champions League draw, Sergio Ramos said: "Fate is capricious. I wish we had got another team.
"I have a lot of affection for Real Madrid and that will not change anything. I will do everything possible for my team to pass."
Monday's Round of 16 redraw paired Paris Saint-Germain against Real Madrid after initially drawing the Ligue 1 giants against Manchester United.
Ramos, who has recently made a return to full fitness, will be facing his former team for the first time after joining PSG on a free transfer in the summer.
