Italy coach Mancini responds to Man Utd rumours

Italy coach Roberto Mancini insists he's not considering a return to the Premier League.

Mancini, who led Manchester City to their first league title following Sheikh Mansour purchasing the club, has been linked with Manchester United.

But he has fully denied the reports, adding that his focus is on Italy's 2022 World Cup campaign in Qatar next year.

"A verbal agreement with a Premier League club? All false," said Mancini.

"My only goal is to get to the World Cup and be able to win it."
