Liverpool played on Saturday, which gave the Reds 3 whole days to prepare for the game against Everton.
Usually, the gap tends to be lesser, something Jurgen Klopp addressed in his pre-match press conference.
Klopp said: "The extra day usually helps. When we usually have one day less, we feel that, to be honest. It's like that. You only have a recovery day.
"Actually the second-day recovery is usually really important for the boys – it's not just recovery, you can do some stuff but it's difficult to train properly and then you play again.
"It's a massive difference, so we will see."
Liverpool have a ton of momentum going their way since the international break, winning all 3 games and scoring 10 goals without reply.
The extra day should help the Reds prepare for their rivals in particular and allow them to continue that stellar form.
