Chelsea were interested in bringing Jules Kounde to Stamford Bridge during the summer transfer window.
Though the move fell through at the time, ESPN are now reporting that Sevilla will be looking to accept an offer for the centre-back now.
They are now willing to accept £46-50M for Jules Kounde, Kounde wants the move to London and has agreed framework for the transfer.
With Rudiger and Christensen still not tied down, this could be exactly what the Blues need to rebuild their centre-back rotation.
