Top 5 most expensive Spanish players in Barca history

Ferran Torres will become the most expensive Spanish player to sign for Barcelona when the transfer is made official.

The Blaugrana spent €55m to sign Torres from Manchester CIty, which is more than they've paid for any Spaniard.

Here's a look at the top 5 most expensive players in Barca history:

1st. Torres from Man City, 2021- €55m.

2nd. David Villa from Valencia, 2010 - €40m.

3rd. Cesc Fabregas from Arsenal, 2011 - €34m.

4th. Paco Alcacer from Valencia, 2016 - €30m.

5th. Gerard Lopez from Valencia, 2000 - €21.6m

Torres will be announced as Barcelona player pending when the club can sort out their books with La Liga over Financial Fair Play.
