'Get ready everyone. We are back': Laporta reacts to Haaland links

"Everything is possible. All great players are considering the possibility of coming to Barca," Joan Laporta has said when asked about Barcelona's chances of signing Erling Haaland in the summer.

"Barca continue to be a reference. We have to take into account many aspects, sports and also financial. We are progressing well. Everything is possible.

"I do not want to talk about players, though. It does not benefit us because their value increases. We reinforce the positions that the coach wants. Barca is a reference in the market. 

Everybody in the world should get ready, as we are back as big players in the market. Barca are back. We work to improve the squad and we will soon see the resurgence of Barca," the Blaugrana president concluded.

Erling Haaland remains heavily linked to Barcelona despite the Catalans' financial vulnerability.

The Norwegian is expected to pick his future side between Real Madrid and Barca.
