"He is our player, he is doing good, but at the same time it is only halfway through the season, so he needs to continue to improve and make his statement at Southampton," Thomas Tuchel said of Armando Broja.
"They are our players for a reason, they have quality and a mentality.
"Now is not the time to talk about summer. He has to stay calm and keep on improving."
Broja has so far scored 7 goals in 20 games for the Saints.
Southampton are so impressed with Broja, they want to sign him permanently.
From what it seems, Chelsea are not willing to sell the Albanian striker. However, they aren't keen on recalling him from his loan spell just yet.
