Xavi reveals Barcelona have weapons to hurt Real Madrid

"Real Madrid is the most in-form team in Spain and we know how challenging it will be. But we have our weapons to hurt them, and we will fight to reach the final," Xavi said in the press conference ahead of the Real Madrid clash.

"El Clasico is unpredictable. We have to play to our strengths, we have things to hurt them.

"It takes a collective effort to stop Madrid. You have to be smart when it comes to marking the players because Vinicius Junior and Karim Benzema make the difference. We will try to control them, and it will be a very good test for us."

Barcelona face Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup semi-final on Wednesday. Kick-off is scheduled for 20:00 CET, with the game set to be played in Saudi Arabia.
