Adidas has ended all ties with Kurt Zouma after a video of him kicking his pet cat emerged on Tuesday.
In an official statement, the German brand said: “We have concluded our investigation and can confirm Kurt Zouma is no longer an Adidas contracted athlete.”
Zouma’s club West Ham United have also lost one of their sponsors after they failed to properly punish him for his actions.
The Frenchman is currently being investigated for animal cruelty by Essex Police and could face potential jail time for his actions.
