Toni Kroos and Vinicius Junior both left the pitch in the second half as Ancelotti subbed Eduardo Camavinga and Isco on.
Vinicius played 62 and 60 minutes against Ecuador and Paraguay on January 27 and February 2 respectively. As for Kroos, the German seemed tired and got booked early in the game.
Real Madrid lost to Athletic Bilbao 1-0 in the Copa del Rey quarterfinals.
