"I’ve been avoiding David Alaba in the trainings a little bit so that he doesn’t kick me," Gareth Bale said jokingly in his interview with Football Daily.
"David Alaba is a top guy and we get on very well. I am sure we will have nice hand shake before and after the game."
Bale and Alaba are scheduled to meet in the World Cup qualifying play-offs, so that's what the forward was referring to when talking about the handshake.
The two have so far played only four matches together at Real Madrid, mainly because the Welshman missed a lot through injuries and Carlo Ancelotti now favours other players ahead of him.
